This year the theme for the Conference is “Towards New Horizons”. The changes in Arctic and Barents cooperation are high on the agenda. The conference will explore topics such as hybrid security and community engagement, while also addressing the changed security landscape in the European Arctic. The Finnish presidency in the Barents Euro-Arctic Council (2021-2023) is a key partner for the Conference.
