Structure of the Barents cooperation

Prior to the conclusion of the Barents Regional Council, the Barents Cooperation was a multi-level framework connecting regional, national, and EU actors across several countries and regions, with the permanent involvement of Indigenous peoples and youth at all levels. The interregional component of the structure ended on September 18, 2026.
