The Finnish National Rescue Association (Suomen Pelastusalan Keskusjärjestö) has published a report on aerial wildfire observation methods within the northern regions of Finland, Norway and Sweden.
The report has been developed in cooperation with the Finnish Ministry of Interior, with financial support from the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs. The report can be downloaded from the link below.
