Tytti Tuppurainen, the Minister for European Affairs and Ownership Steering of Finland, is pleased to invite the youth from City of Oulu and from Barents Euro-Arctic area to take a part on the dialogue on the Future of Europe, as the conference on the Future of Europe is arriving to Oulu on 30.11.2021The Oulu event is a part of a series of events organized by the Finnish Government under the Conference. The Oulu event is co-organized by the Prime Minister’s office of Finland, City of Oulu, Council of Oulu Region, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland and the Chair of Barents Euro-Arctic Council.The Conference on the Future of Europe is a unique and timely opportunity for European citizens to debate on Europe’s challenges and priorities. The aim of the event is to give the youth from Barents Euro-Arctic area a chance to have a say on the future of Europe. The event will facilitate and enable cross-border dialogues for youth origin from Finland, Sweden, Norway and Russia.
The youth event is intended for young people in the Barents Euro-Arctic region, and it will also be attended by youth from Sweden, Norway and Russia. The youth participants will first reflect on the future of Europe in working groups. The debriefing of the group work sessions and the full panel discussion will be streamed live on the Finnish Government's Youtube channel starting at 12.30 pm (Finnish time).
