The purpose of the report is to shed light on two important issues:
• What does the current situation look like for cultural life, and how is it affected by the pandemic, proximity to a warring country, and economic recession.
• What do international contacts and cooperation look like, and what efforts would be needed to strengthen international cooperation in the future?
The report is based on conversations and discussions, and survey responses from many representatives from cultural life in the northern Nordic region, including cultural organizations and individual professional cultural creators.
